Hey guys, it’s Josh again. And I’m back at the settlement table with my new friend, Steve here. We just got done signing all the papers for selling his house in the city. And I just wanted to give him a moment to talk about our transaction and to see if I said what I was going to do, and if I did all those things.

Josh is the man. Not only did we get an earlier settlement than what he suggested, that everything went so smooth. He has a wonderful title company, a wonderful little staff he works with and himself. I’d recommend him to anybody.
