We received a call from the owner of this property for the first time in the middle of the summer of 2018. She and her husband inherited this property from a friend of theirs. At first, they held onto the property for many months. They worked to clean out the house they inherited with a LOT of stuff inside. Her husband then spent several months working to fix up the interior. They had hoped to flip it themselves. After many months of headache, and long drives to the property from their home in Northern Maryland, they decided they had enough.

When we first viewed this property, the kitchen was gutted, and the basement need a great deal of work. However, overall the house was not in terrible condition (we have certainly seen A LOT worse)!

At the time, they were still undecided as to whether or not they wanted to sell the property and they just wanted to explore some options.
