Hey there. It’s me, Josh and I’m here with my new friend, Gary. This was Gary’s house over on Taylor Avenue. I just met Gary about three days ago when we walked in and it was kind of a wreck. This is his childhood home and someone had actually been living here unlawfully, and a pipe was cut when we first walked in and there was four or five inches of water in the basement, and there was just junk everywhere in this house. It was a total wreck. I told Gary that I was going to help him out. Came in really quick, brought our guys in, got a dumpster here. As you can see around, got the house emptied just yesterday and I think we helped Gary out a lot. Gave him some peace of mind and he’s ready to sell the house, so we signed the contract. And anyway, just wanted to let Gary talk for just a few seconds to let you know how I helped him out.
